Description:

The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SHPA) and Roche Products Pty Limited are proud to announce the Roche Research Grant into Safety and Quality of Medicines Use in Hospitals.

The grant of $10,000 is available to members of SHPA with 12 months current membership and student members with three months membership.

The focus of the grant will be safety and quality of medicines use in hospitals and the research is to be undertaken in 2010-2011.

Applications should outline the following:

• the impact of the project on patient safety in hospitals/quality use of medicines;
• potential economic benefits of the project;
• benefits of the project to the hospital pharmacy profession.

Eligibility:

Members of SHPA with 12 months current membership

Indirect cost recovery:

This scheme is exempt from University of Sydney indirect costs.
