Description:
The purpose of the Postdoctoral Training Fellowships is to provide outstanding researchers who have recently completed a PhD with support to pursue their breast cancer research interests and increase their research capability. The overall aim is to attract, train and retain our most talented breast cancer researchers of the future. At the time of application the applicant must have no more than five years postdoctoral experience.
Postdoctoral Training Fellowships are available for up to four years at $90,000 p.a. including salary stipend, oncosts and some research-related expense. This year (2011) we are delighted to announce our partnership with Cure Cancer Australia Foundation (CCAF) who will contribute $90,000 for the first year of each fellowship.

Indirect cost recovery:
This scheme is exempt from University of Sydney indirect costs.
