Description:
The Government provides funding for scientific and social science anti-doping research through the Anti-Doping Research Program (ADRP). The ADRP is funded under the Government's Sport Anti-Doping Program, which also supports Australia's international anti-doping commitments to the World Anti-Doping Agency and UNESCO.
The Anti-Doping Research Program (ADRP) provides funding to academic and scientific organisations for new anti-doping research to improve the analytical capability for detecting the use of banned substances and doping agents in sport; and to better understand doping behaviours and inform practical doping deterrence strategies.

Amount awarded:
The proposed project budget must not exceed $250,000 in total and $150,000 in any 12 month period.
