Postgraduate Scholarship in Regional Health Services Policy Research

A full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for a suitably qualified candidate with a health background and qualifications in policy analysis to undertake research studies leading to a PhD (medicine) in the School of Public Health. The project will investigate the best method of generating and analysing qualitative data to provide evidence and inform policy change around the provision of health services in regional Australia.


Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in health, a post graduate qualification in Policy Analysis or similar, and evidence of experience and interest in regional health service provision.

Amount awarded:

The scholarship is valued at $30,000 per annum (tax exempt) for one year and may be reviewed annually, subject to satisfactory progress.
